We are looking for a P&C; Technology Innovation & Solutions Engineer to join a global People & Culture Engineering team within a leading international healthcare and life sciences organization. In this role, you will work at the intersection of cloud technologies, enterprise SaaS platforms, and digital HR solutions, helping to evaluate, prototype, and deliver innovative technical solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Product Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Cybersecurity teams to assess technical feasibility, design cloud-native integrations, build proof-of-concepts, and support strategic technology initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious professional who enjoys hands-on engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, and problem-solving in a global environment.

Your tasks

- Partnering with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to evaluating technical feasibility, integration requirements, and solution designs
- Engineering cloud-native prototypes, serverless applications, and integration enablers using modern cloud technologies
- Designing and validating API integrations, authentication mechanisms, payload schemas, and data flow mappings across enterprise platforms
- Conducting Security Risk Assessments (SRAs), technical reviews, and compliance evaluations for new tools and solutions
- Collaborating with vendors, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to assessing platform capabilities and technical risks
- Optimizing existing systems, cloud resources,



and integration architectures to improving performance and reducing complexity

Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in cloud engineering, integration engineering, or senior technical systems analysis within enterprise environments
- Active cloud certification in AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP with solid understanding of public cloud services and architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, JSON/XML payloads, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML authentication protocols
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages for automation, integrations, and proof-of-concept development
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive technical discussions effectively
