? WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – PAYROLL | IMMEDIATE JOINER We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a PAN India workforce of 3,000–4,000 employees. ? Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
Experience: 10–15 years in Payroll &
- Compliance Payroll Size: 3,000–4,000 employees Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred ? Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 3,000–4,000 employees across PAN India. ✅ Validate attendance and payroll inputs including arrears, appraisals, joining/retention bonuses, overtime, PLI, reimbursements and deductions. ✅ Prepare and review Payroll MIS, YTD salary, reimbursement and incentive reports for Finance, BI and Management. ✅ Manage employee TDS, quarterly returns, annual 24Q, Form 16 and investment declaration/proof processes. ✅ Ensure timely PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, POSH and other statutory compliances. ✅ Manage Gratuity, Leave Encashment, GMC, GPA &
- GTL, including endorsements, renewals and claims. ✅ Lead closure of Internal,
Statutory and Tax Audits. ✅ Review manpower vendor salary costs and statutory compliance documentation. ✅ Ensure timely processing of employee salary, reimbursements, incentives and Full &
- Final settlements. ✅ Drive payroll governance, policy implementation and stakeholder management across HR, Finance, BI and business teams.
