Role & responsibilities :Manage timesheet collection, leave tracking, and payroll processing across multiple clients.

Send timely reminders to employees for timesheet submissions and leave updates.

Validate timesheets for accuracy and completeness, ensuring manager approvals and correct leave entries.

Maintain leave trackers and update the ERP system promptly.

Perform payroll calculations based on validated timesheets and leave data.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the accounting/finance team.

Follow up with employees who miss submission deadlines, using multiple communication channels.

Identify and escalate timesheet defaulters to the team leader/manager.

Maintain accurate records of timesheet submissions, leave applications, payroll data, and employee records.





Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for timesheet, leave, and payroll management.

Utilize software applications (ERP, Excel, and payroll tools) for efficient data handling, reporting, and payroll processing

Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in timesheet management, payroll processing, or HR operations.

Robust skills in payroll calculation, Excel, and ERP systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
