The Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Executive to join our team in Noida. This role is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processes, maintain payroll records, resolve payroll queries, and support reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.

•Ensure compliance with relevant awards, payroll legislation, and company policies.

•Prepare and process PAYG Tax, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation Guarantee contributions.

•Manage payroll-related onboarding and employee terminations.

•Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.

•Process leave entitlements, balances, and payments.

•Generate and distribute payslips and annual payment summaries.

•Manage employee Superannuation Choice Funds.





•Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.

•Assist with month-end payroll reporting and reconciliation.

•Perform regular payroll filing, record retention, and archiving.

•Provide support and guidance regarding payroll-related enquiries.

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Experience

•Solid understanding of payroll processes and payroll legislation.

•Knowledge of Modern Awards and employment regulations.

•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

•High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Previous payroll experience preferred.

•Experience using payroll systems and HRIS platforms is advantageous.
