- Handle monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Manage attendance, leave, OT, incentives and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT and TDS related payroll activities.
- Prepare paysheets, payroll reports and MIS.
- Maintain employee payroll records and resolve salary queries.
- Coordinate with HR and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / B.Com / BBA / MBA-HR.
- 1–3 years of payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
