: Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with prior experience in fintech, particularly in Loan Service Providers (LSP). The ideal candidate is proficient in Python and React, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and scaling robust applications. This role requires expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, scalability, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications for fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality features.
- Architect and implement microservices using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and related front-end technologies.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure productive and automated deployments.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve scalability and reliability.
- Utilize AWS and GCP to deploy and manage cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data and comply with industry standards like PCI DSS and GDPR.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech and provide technical insights to drive innovation.
- Experience with integration of eMandates, KYC, Penny Drop flows.
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Experience optimizing frontend loading time and performance monitoring.

Qualifications :

Must Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or Django REST Framework) and React.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
- Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns, distributed systems, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, or Datadog).
- Understanding of secure coding practices and experience with fintech compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached).

Preferred :

- Experience working with DSA or LSP frameworks in the fintech domain.
- Experience working with Loan Origination System or Loan Management System
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in data analytics or machine learning for financial insights.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
