– Patient Relationship Manager (Eye Hospital)

Position: Patient Relationship Manager

Job Summary The Patient Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient interactions from registration to consultation, investigation, surgery, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counsellors, billing, OT, nursing, and front-office teams.
- Follow up with patients after surgery/treatment to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Explain hospital procedures, appointments, waiting times, and available services.
- Maintain proper records of patient feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate appointments and assist in reducing patient waiting time.
- Support patient counselling and treatment coordination when required.




- Escalate serious patient complaints to management promptly.

· Work towards improving patient retention, referrals, and overall patient experience. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital management qualification preferred.
- 2–10 years of experience in patient relations and healthcare operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of ophthalmology/eye hospital processes will be an advantage.
