About the Role
Join RISE's Growth team as an early hire with 360° exposure across operations, strategy, marketing, and partnerships in a quick-paced startup.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of schools, counselors, and partner orgs across GCC, UK/EU, India, and North America
- Scope solutions, draft proposals/SOWs, negotiate, and close deals
- Own revenue/partner OKRs; maintain forecasts and CRM data
- Run growth experiments (landing pages, emails, webinars, referrals); track CAC, LTV, funnel conversion
- Build partner programs with co-branded webinars/events
You're a Fit If You Have
- IB/ICSE/CBSE background with basic knowledge of international university admissions
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with international academic/professional exposure
