About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager – Public Health to drive strategic partnerships and public-sector programs for CareNX.

This role will work closely with government health departments, National and State Health Missions, development organizations, NGOs, donors, healthcare institutions and academic partners to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, initiate pilots and support scale-up of CareNX solutions.

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands the public health ecosystem, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and can independently take a partnership from initial conversation → proposal → pilot → implementation → scale-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships

- Identify and develop partnerships with government departments, health missions, NGOs, development agencies, donors and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the public health ecosystem.
- Develop a pipeline of strategic partnership and program opportunities for CareNX.
- Convert relationships and opportunities into pilots, programs and long-term engagements.

Government & Public Health Engagement
- Engage with state and district health authorities, government institutions and public health programs.




- Identify opportunities for integrating CareNX solutions into existing maternal, fetal and newborn health programs.
- Support government demonstrations, pilot projects, procurement discussions and scale-up initiatives.
- Track relevant government programs, tenders, RFPs, grants and public health initiatives.

Proposal Development & Fundraising
- Lead preparation of concept notes, proposals, grant applications, expressions of interest and partnership documents.
- Work with internal clinical, technical, regulatory and leadership teams to develop strong technical and commercial proposals.
- Support discussions with donors, foundations and development organizations for program funding.

Program & Partnership Management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of pilots and programs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables and partner commitments.
- Support impact measurement, documentation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful pilots into larger-scale programs.

Representation & Visibility
- Represent CareNX at government meetings, public health conferences, workshops and sector forums.
- Develop strategic relationships within the maternal, newborn and digital health ecosystem.
- Support CareNX's thought leadership and visibility among public health and development stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in public health, healthcare partnerships, government relations, development programs, health-tech or related fields.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Life Sciences or a related discipline preferred.




- Demonstrated experience working with government departments, health missions, NGOs, development organizations, donors or healthcare institutions.
- Robust understanding of India's public health ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong proposal and concept-note writing abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for government and partner engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
