We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Part-Time Social Media Intern who is passionate about content creation, reels, trends, and digital storytelling.

The ideal candidate should not only understand social media but also be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing scripts, being involved in shoots, and capturing engaging photo/video content.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical, hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, scripting, and brand shoots.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Planning

* Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.

- Identify trending content formats, sounds, hashtags, topics, and social media trends.
- Research competitor and industry content to identify recent opportunities.
- Suggest creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Assist in planning content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.

2. Content Creation

* Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, and other social media content.

- Develop creative concepts based on brand requirements.
- Assist with ideation for campaigns, product launches, festive content, and promotional activities.
- Create content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand's communication style.

3. Script Writing

* Develop scripts for Reels, videos, product shoots,



and social media campaigns.

- Create interesting hooks and storylines to make content more engaging.
- Adapt scripts based on different social media formats and audiences.
- Work closely with the team to convert ideas into executable content.

4. Shooting & Videography

* Participate actively in photo and video shoots.

- Handle basic shooting using a mobile phone/camera.
- Capture Reels, behind-the-scenes content, product videos, interviews, and other short-form content.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, angles, and composition while shooting.
- Coordinate with the team/models/creators during shoots.
- Ensure required content is captured as per the shoot plan.

5. Content Editing

* Assist with basic video editing and content formatting.

- Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, music, text overlays, and other basic elements.
- Ensure content is optimized for social media platforms.

6. Trend & Competitor Research

* Monitor trending Reels, formats, creators, and social media campaigns.
- Research competitor activities and industry trends.
- Share relevant and actionable content ideas with the team.
- Identify opportunities to make content more engaging and shareable.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,269.84 per month
