Key Responsibilities

- Welcome parents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure every visitor is attended to promptly and courteously.
- Guide prospective parents through the admission process.
- Conduct engaging campus tours for parents and visitors.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, Transport, and Administrative teams to facilitate parent requirements.
- Manage reception activities, visitor records, phone calls, and enquiries.
- Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Follow up with prospective parents and assist them throughout their admission journey.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
- Build positive relationships with parents and represent the school's values in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English.




- Pleasant personality with a warm, approachable, and confident attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
- Prior experience in schools, educational institutions, hospitality, customer service, or front office operations will be an added advantage.

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month , based on experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
