We are hiring an experienced Academic Counsellor for our learning centre on a strict weekend-only (Saturday and Sunday) basis. The ideal candidate will handle parent and student walk-ins, guide prospective students on suitable academic programs, and drive weekend admissions.

Schedule & Working Hours

- Working Days: Saturdays and Sundays only (2 days/week)
- Job Model: In-office / On-centre

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visiting parents and students, conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, and assess their academic needs.
- Explain courses, curriculum structure, batches, fee plans, and learning methodologies effectively.
- Follow up with warm leads generated during the week and close on-spot admissions during weekend visits.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, walk-in, and conversion records in the centre log/CRM.




- Coordinate with faculty and centre managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly enrolled students.

Requirements & Skills

- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in academic counselling, student admissions, or educational sales (coaching institutes, test-prep, or tuition centres preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and [Local Language/Hindi].
- Sales Orientation: Proven ability to handle objections, build trust with parents, and drive conversion.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
