About the Role

Orchids The International School is looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused candidates to join as Parent Relationship Managers (PRMs). The role involves managing parent enquiries, guiding families through the admission process, handling leads and building strong parent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, events and referrals.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Guide parents through the admission and documentation process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Address parent queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support admission and business development targets.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.





Requirements

- MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's Degree
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in speaking with parents and stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Salary & Incentives

- MBA: ₹4.20 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.20 LPA
- B.E./B.Tech: ₹4.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.00 LPA
- Other Bachelor's Degree: ₹3.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹4.00 LPA
