Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat. The role involves working closely with local and remote teams to support daily project activities, such as coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and assisting with implementation of software solutions. The position includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, tracking progress,



and ensuring that assigned responsibilities are completed on schedule and according to quality standards.

The individual will also participate in problem-solving, assist in resolving operational or technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Panipat office.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support project delivery and issue resolution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic IT tools, productivity software, and learning new systems or applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as IT, business, or engineering.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site in Panipat.
- Previous experience in an IT, operations, or project support role is an advantage.
