● Previous experience in automotive paint mixing is required.
● Must have good knowledge of automotive paint colours, shades, tints, hardeners, thinners, primers and mixing ratios.
● Ability to accurately match and prepare colours according to vehicle requirements.
● Experience working with computerised paint mixing systems will be an added advantage.
● Must be familiar with proper paint preparation and colour-matching procedures.
● Candidates should be willing to work under and learn from experienced senior paint mixers.
● Good attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness is essential.
● Ability to work efficiently in a busy automotive paint shop workplace.
