We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and student-focused Overseas Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the process of pursuing higher education abroad.

The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, sales, customer relationship, and communication skills, along with a good understanding of international education, university admissions, and student recruitment processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, eligibility requirements, and admission procedures.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career aspirations, financial considerations, and preferences to recommend suitable study destinations, universities, and programs.
- Handle the complete student counselling and admission process, from initial enquiry to successful enrolment at the respective university or institution.




- Conduct detailed profile assessments and ensure proper due diligence of student documents and applications.
- Guide students through the application process, including documentation, university applications, offer letters, visa requirements, and pre-departure procedures.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to ensure timely conversion of leads and completion of the admission process.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual student recruitment and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or designated system.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless student onboarding process.
- Participate in student recruitment drives, education fairs, seminars, webinars, school/college outreach programs, and other promotional activities.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university offerings, admission requirements, visa regulations, and study destinations.
- Provide timely and professional support to students throughout their application and admission journey.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and represent Wikati Education professionally at all times.
- Contribute towards enhancing the organization's brand reputation and student experience.
