Company Description Indian Plast Pack Forum is a leading representative organization for the plastics and packaging industry in Central India, with its head office at ORBIT Mall, A.B. Road, Indore. Founded in October 1996, the Forum supports industry growth by sharing information on new processes, materials, technological improvements, and market trends.

It conducts seminars, symposiums, lectures, study tours, and factory visits to help members stay current and connected with industry veterans. The Forum also organizes national-level “Plastpack” exhibitions every three years, which attract strong participation from across the industry and the public. In addition to industry development, the Forum actively participates in social initiatives, including activities aligned with the Swachha Bharat Mission.

Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of Indian Plast Pack Forum. The Owner will guide organizational strategy, ensure alignment with the needs of the plastics and packaging industry, and maintain solid relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff and activities, approving and coordinating seminars, exhibitions, and outreach programs, and monitoring financial performance and resource allocation.





The role involves representing the Forum at industry events, fostering collaborations, and promoting initiatives that support technology advancement, market development, and social responsibility. The Owner will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and uphold the Forum’s values of professionalism, inclusivity, and community service.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience steering an organization or business unit.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building within industry or professional forums.
- Experience in operations management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance oversight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills for representing the Forum at events and meetings.
- Background in plastics, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience organizing events such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, or trade shows.
- Commitment to ethical practices, social responsibility, and inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
