About the Role

We are hiring an Outreach Intern to drive outreach across our portfolio, including our EdTech platform as well as our technology and pharma accounts. The role involves reaching out to students, institutions, prospects, and partner organizations over email and phone, following up on and converting inbound leads into confirmed registrations, and identifying and building channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach via email and phone calls to students, colleges, coaching institutes, prospects, and relevant partner organizations across accounts.
- Directly reach out to and engage students who are potential participants (EdTech).
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn for the Technology/Pharma accounts.
- Use LinkedIn search to identify and connect with relevant prospects and potential channel partners
- (Technology/Pharma).
- Research prospects and partner organizations to inform and target outreach efforts (Technology/Pharma).
- Identify and reach out to potential channel partners, and support building those partnerships
- (Technology/Pharma).
- Build connections with organizations for potential partnerships, sponsorships, or promotion.




- Build and maintain an outreach list/database of prospects and partners; track outreach status.
- Draft and send outreach and follow-up emails; maintain a professional, consistent tone.
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads, respond promptly and keep leads engaged.
- Own the conversion/closing process for leads: address queries, resolve objections, and guide prospects
- through to registration.
- Balance time and effort across accounts as per assigned focus areas.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead/partner status in a shared tracker (Excel/CRM).
- Coordinate with the Content Writer for content/promotional support around outreach campaigns.
- Report daily/weekly outreach numbers and conversion/progress updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling email communication confidently.
- Good spoken and written English/Hindi communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups and target-driven work.
- Prior experience in sales, calling, outreach, business development, or partnerships is a plus but not mandatory.

What Success Looks Like:

Beyond just outreach volume, this role is measured on conversion, turning inquiries and inbound interest into confirmed sign-ups, partnerships, and closed deals.
