Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Enterprise SaaS sales professional to build enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect mid-market & enterprise accounts across target markets.
- Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and personalized campaigns.
- Engage CXO and senior decision-makers to understand business needs and create opportunities.
- Qualify prospects, conduct initial discovery and book qualified meetings/demos.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Track key metrics including meetings, opportunities, pipeline, conversion and revenue contribution.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of Enterprise SaaS product sales experience.
- Strong outbound sales & pipeline-generation track record.
- Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise customers.




- Consultative selling and solid stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven approach with demonstrable sales results.
- Consistent career progression and reasonable tenure in previous roles.

Ideal Background Candidates from Enterprise SaaS, AI/Tech, CRM, Sales-Tech, HR-Tech, FinTech or other B2B SaaS product companies with proven outbound sales success.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
