Ensureresponsestoall comments andDMswithin2minutes during workinghours.
Maintainprofessional, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication with users.
Generatemaximumqualified leads through comments and DMswhileachievingthe assigned monthly targets.
Proactively identify, report, and coordinate the removal of negative, abusive, spam, or inappropriate comments wherever applicable.
Maintainaconsistent 2-minuteresponse touchpoint across all assigned profiles and platforms.
Escalatepatient queries, complaints, or critical issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Trackconversations, follow up with potential leads, and ensure timely closure. Maintaindaily reports on response time, lead generation, customer interactions, and review management.
Manageandimprovethebrand’sonlinereviews byensuring positive engagement across all digital platforms.
Coordinate withthe digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
