We are looking for an experienced Oracle VBCS & Redwood Developer with solid Oracle CX Cloud experience to develop and customize applications, UI and extensions using VBCS and Redwood .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Oracle VBCS and Redwood UX .
- Build and maintain extensions for Oracle CX/Fusion Service, Sales Cloud and Subscription Management .
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP and OIC .
- Create UI enhancements, validations and business processes.
- Participate in development, testing, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of Oracle application development experience.
- 3+ years hands-on VBCS experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Redwood UX .
- Experience with Oracle CX/Fusion applications.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs and JSON .
- Experience with Oracle SaaS extensions/customization.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud security and Git/version control .
Preferred
- Experience with OIC and Digital Customer Service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
