Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Manager with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier to lead and manage integrated project management solutions

Mandatory Skills : Primavera Unifier

Lead the design development and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions to meet client project management needs Oversee system configuration customization and integration with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow Collaborate with project managers developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and custom reports to support project tracking and decision making Manage data migration processes ensuring accurate transfer of legacy data to Primavera Unifier Ensure compliance with industry best practices regulatory standards and data security protocols Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams user guides and system specifications Provide postimplementation support and training to endusers and client teams





Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience Support presales activities by contributing technical expertise during client engagements and proposal development

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage Primavera Unifier implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and quality Design and develop business processes including workflows reports and dashboards within Primavera Unifier Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards leveraging BI Publisher and other reporting tools Facilitate requirement gathering sessions business blueprint meetings and user acceptance testing UAT Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for current and existing users of Primavera Unifier Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance Monitor application health and perform administrative activities related to Primavera Unifier Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals Drive performance testing and defect analysis to maintain high system reliability Mentor and guide junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team
