We are looking for an experienced Oracle OTM Cloud Migration Consultant with 9+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Transportation Management and strong hands-on expertise in OTM Cloud migration, cloud readiness assessment, solution design, integrations, customizations, and data migration.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle OTM Cloud readiness assessments and evaluate the current OTM landscape for cloud migration.
- Define the end-to-end OTM Cloud migration strategy, target architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation approach.
- Assess existing OTM customizations, integrations, reports, agents, screens, and database objects.
- Identify whether existing components should be retrofitted, replaced, redesigned, or retired for Oracle OTM Cloud.
- Design cloud-compatible solutions while following Oracle Cloud best practices and SaaS limitations.
- Lead technical solution design for OTM customizations, integrations, reports, agents, and application extensions.
- Plan and execute master data and transactional data migration activities.
- Define integration architecture, security architecture, extension architecture, and data migration architecture for Oracle OTM Cloud.
- Work closely with business, functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support solution validation, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-migration activities.
- Ensure migration solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Oracle SaaS standards.
- Provide technical guidance during OTM Cloud transformation and migration programs.
- Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, solution designs,



architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions and provide recommendations related to Oracle OTM Cloud migration and modernization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 9+ years of total and relevant experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OTM Cloud migration and cloud readiness assessment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end migration strategy, technical roadmap creation, and target cloud architecture.
- Strong experience in assessing and redesigning OTM customizations, integrations, reports, agents, screens, and database objects.
- Hands-on experience in master data and transactional data migration.
- Good understanding of Oracle OTM Cloud architecture, Oracle SaaS limitations, and Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Strong experience in integration architecture and solution design.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle OTM On-Premise versions such as 6.x and/or 23.x is preferred.
- Good understanding of security architecture in Oracle SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation management, and supply chain business processes.
- Experience working on large-scale cloud migration or transformation programs.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery and enterprise cloud project execution.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidate should be willing to attend a face-to-face interview at the designated office location if required.
- Candidate should be willing to report from Day 1 as per project requirements.
