We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant or Lead with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in either Fast Formula development or HCM Data Migration , along with technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Core HR
- Perform HCM Data Migration using HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, or other Oracle migration tools.
- Develop and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM .
- Strong expertise in Fast Formula or HCM Data Migration (HDL/HSDL).
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle reporting tools.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
