Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist, based in the Greater Chennai Area/Delhi NCR. The specialist will configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion modules, with a focus on aligning system functionality to PNB Housing Finance’s business processes and compliance requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional designs, performing system setups, supporting integrations with other applications, and executing testing and validation activities. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements,



and support system upgrades and releases. The specialist will also prepare functional documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis, mapping, and optimization, with the ability to translate requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Experience in Consulting or functional advisory roles, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution recommendation.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HR or related Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications and Fusion ecosystem, with experience in module setups, functional design, and end-to-end implementation.
- Knowledge of Integration between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems, including coordination with technical teams for interfaces and data flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in financial services or housing finance domain is beneficial.
