About the RoleTrinamix is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge across Oracle EBS Finance modules along with proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementation, support, and transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, business process consulting, solutioning capability, and the ability to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle EBS Financials
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand and optimize finance business processes
- Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and client discussions
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Finance modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to project teams and junior consultants
- Support finance transformation and process optimization initiatives
- Ensure best practices in accounting controls, compliance, reconciliation,



and reporting processes
- Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales discussions where required

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- SLA (Subledger Accounting)
- iExpenses
- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

- Robust implementation and consulting experience in Oracle EBS Finance projects
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting business processes
- Experience leading large enterprise implementation and support programs
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and global delivery teams

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools, and data migration activities
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to global finance transformation programs
