- Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant with 10 years of experience in implementing and enhancing Performance Management and Goal Management solutions.

- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support while driving process transformation and user adoption.

Requirement Gathering &

- Analysis

- Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders, Talent COE, and business leaders covering: performance management lifecycle (annual/continuous), goal setting frameworks (OKR/KPI-based), and rating and calibration methodologies.

- Perform Fit/Gap analysis and prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD) covering: goal planning alignment and tracking, performance review cycles and templates, and eligibility rules and rating models.

- Define integration touchpoints with Core HR (assignments, manager hierarchy), Compensation (merit/bonus linkage), and Talent Review &
- Succession processes.

Configuration





- Configure Oracle Fusion Talent modules including Goal Plans, Goal Libraries and Goal Weighting
- Performance Templates and Review Cycles; and Check-ins, Feedback, and Development Plans.

- Setup workflows, roles, and security configurations.

- Configure business rules, eligibility profiles, and lookups.

- Data Migration &

- Testing

- Define strategy for migrating performance and goal data; prepare and execute data loads using HDL.

- Perform validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.

- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); prepare test scenarios and scripts.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops.

- Troubleshoot issues related to goal visibility, workflows, and ratings.
