Role: Associate Analyst Sales
:
- Develop strong expertise in cross-reference analysis, competitor intelligence, and product mapping.
- Apply analytical skills to support cross-reference activities and deliver accurate, reliable results.
- Validate outputs and perform self-quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Share process knowledge and support team members in building their skills and understanding of cross-reference activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cross-reference projects, applying analytical judgment and expertise.
- Provide subject matter expertise on product categories, competitor analysis, and mapping activities.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and process standardization efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Divisions, Sales, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated queries and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a science discipline such as B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-3 Years’ Experience with product-based research and competitive analysis, preferably in healthcare.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel (for example: manipulating large amounts of data in Excel efficiently and accurately, using SUM and VLOOKUP functions, creating pivot tables, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams, delivering clear and concise messages to internal and external stakeholders for alignment and clarity.
- Strong analytical skills combined with healthcare market knowledge, enabling effective root cause identification and solution recommendations.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas, requirements, and technical information clearly to both onshore and offshore team members.
Good to have:
- Proficient in SAP with hands-on experience managing data and processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of analyzing complex issues and driving effective resolutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement, contributing to process efficiency and accuracy
Working Hours: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm – daylight saving.
11.30 am to 8.30 pm – non daylight saving.
