Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across multiple parking infrastructure projects. This role includes supervising teams, monitoring workflows, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.

The Operations

Supervisor will track project timelines, manage resource allocation, resolve operational issues,



and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. They will prepare regular reports, analyze operational data, support budget and inventory control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and customer support. The role also involves enforcing compliance with company policies, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, resources, and project execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, or facility management operations is beneficial.
- Proficiency with digital tools and software for reporting, scheduling, and remote collaboration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Relevant academic background in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
