Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in international courier, cargo, and domestic surface express services, focusing on both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential customers, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role requires maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The Sales





Executive will also be expected to achieve assigned sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools, and participate in sales reviews and planning.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, courier, cargo, or related service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and work towards transparent targets and deadlines.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and comfort with on-the-ground client meetings and fieldwork.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Delhi and surrounding markets is an advantage; prior experience in courier or cargo sales is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
