Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the complete day-to-day operations of the business
- Leading the monitoring team, managing schedules, and supervising workflow to maintain 24/7 coverage
- Manage communication and coordination with clients, field personnel,



and internal teams Conduct field visits whenever required
- Maintain operational records, reports, and processes
- Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

- MBA preferred
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively manage and oversee operations
- Comfortable with field visits and on-ground coordination
- A proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven mindset
