Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day travel operations, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution of group tours and customized itineraries. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore includes managing bookings for flights, hotels, and packages, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The Operations

Manager will monitor service quality, maintain operational processes, and ensure customer safety and comfort throughout the travel lifecycle. The role also involves supervising the operations team, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and reports,



and supporting business growth by improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management and workflow optimization skills, with experience in coordinating tours or travel services.
- Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary management, and vendor coordination (airlines, hotels, transport providers).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tours, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for managing budgets, tracking performance, and resolving operational challenges.
- Comfort with using travel booking systems, office productivity tools, and basic reporting or documentation software.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism operations role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
