Position: Operations Manager

Industry: Residential / Facility Management

Experience: 5–10 years in residential operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties/projects.

Supervise facility management, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor activities.

Ensure smooth functioning of all residential facilities and common areas.

Handle resident queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for timely issue resolution.

Monitor service quality, operational costs, and vendor performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Manage and motivate the operations team to achieve service standards.

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.





5–10 years of relevant experience in residential property operations / facility management.

Robust experience in handling residential communities, residents, vendors, and on-site teams.

Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and resolve resident issues efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational reporting.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
