- Recruitment Executive (HR + Admin + Billing)

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month

We’re looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused individual to join our team and help manage manpower operations, hiring, and billing processes.

This is not a typical HR role — we need someone who can get things done on ground , follow up relentlessly, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do Billing &

- Compliance

Maintain and update billing sheets on Google Sheets / Excel

Work with basic calculations of PF / ESI / TDS / GST

Assist in invoice preparation and reconciliation

⚙️ Operations &

- Attendance

Manage and coordinate attendance systems/apps

Track attendance, overtime, and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate with supervisors, field staff & clients





Support smooth functioning of blue-collar workforce operations

- White Collar)

✅ What We’re Looking For

Solid working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (must-have)

Basic understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, GST

Excellent follow-up & coordination skills

Comfortable working with blue-collar workforce

1–4 years experience in staffing / HR / operations

Based in South Delhi (preferred)
