We are looking for a highly responsible and capable Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of our retail and wholesale business.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, capable of managing people, and able to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail and wholesale business
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise staff
- Ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed properly
- Monitor sales, inventory, stock movement, purchases, and operational performance
- Ensure proper inventory control and help reduce wastage, errors, and stock discrepancies
- Coordinate with the billing and accounts team
- Monitor and review business data using Tally
- Prepare and review sales, purchase, stock, and other operational reports
- Ensure proper and accurate use of Tally across relevant business operations
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Coordinate between management, staff, suppliers, and other departments
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Ensure company policies and management decisions are properly implemented
- Improve efficiency,



accountability, and overall business performance

Requirements
- Previous experience in operations management, retail, wholesale, FMCG, supermarket, or a similar business environment is preferred
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Ability to understand and monitor sales, purchases, inventory, stock movement, and business reports through Tally
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
