Role & responsibilities

Vendor & Supply Chain Management

- Manage direct communication and coordination with vendors, manufacturers, carpenters, contractors, and artisans.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and proactively resolve supply-related issues.

Quality Control & Site Management

- Oversee quality control at vendor facilities and interior project sites.
- Coordinate installations, carpenters, contractors, and site execution.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are executed according to required quality and timelines.

Showroom & Retail Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of TBA showroom(s).
- Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, operational standards, and customer experience.
- Coordinate movement of inventory between warehouse, showroom, and projects.

Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics

- Take ownership of warehouse operations, dispatches, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock records across warehouse, showroom, and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate domestic logistics and courier partners.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while resolving logistics issues independently.

Order & Project Fulfilment

- Manage B2C and B2B orders from confirmation through final delivery.




- Track production and delivery timelines for custom furniture and interior projects.
- Coordinate site readiness and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and projects as per agreed timelines.

Team Management & Process Improvement

- Lead warehouse, showroom, dispatch, and site teams.
- Define responsibilities, monitor performance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs for supply chain, inventory, logistics, quality control, and showroom operations.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs with leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 57 years of relevant experience in Operations Management.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or premium/luxury brands preferred.
- Strong experience in vendor management, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and site/project coordination.
- Good knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Solid negotiation, problem-solving, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of operational activities.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and execution.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in luxury interiors, premium furniture, or lifestyle retail.
- Knowledge of Shopify/e-commerce operations.
