Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across HPIPL’s projects and service delivery. This role involves planning and coordinating installation schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that parking systems are delivered and maintained according to quality, safety, and timeline standards.

The Operations

Manager will monitor performance metrics, manage vendor and partner relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges. Day-to-day tasks include supervising remote teams, coordinating with sales and technical departments, handling escalations,



and implementing best practices for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also requires preparing regular reports, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HPIPL’s innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including project coordination, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with logistics and field service operations, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote team management, documentation, and reporting (e.g., ERP/CRM systems, project management software, spreadsheets).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety standards, and basic compliance requirements relevant to installation and service operations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or project management (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in smart infrastructure, parking solutions, urban mobility, or automation technologies is beneficial.
