Through our proprietary MATR Made Technology, we transform industrial byproducts, construction waste, and other discarded materials into innovative tiles, panels, and walling solutions—combining sustainability, material innovation, and design.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of CarbonCraft's operational activities. This role will oversee factory operations, production planning, procurement, supply chain, logistics, vendor coordination, and site execution.
The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple operational functions while ensuring quality, efficiency, cost control, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, fabricators, mould manufacturers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee inventory planning, material availability, and stock management.
- Manage dispatch, logistics, transportation, and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate site execution and installation activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor production quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain and track production reports, procurement records, inventory, dispatch, and operational performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements to improve productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between production, procurement, logistics, and project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in factory operations, production management, procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Experience independently managing multiple operational functions.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in tile manufacturing, building materials, construction, or related manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
