Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and execute required tasks to support ongoing operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by proactively resolving issues and avoiding delays
- Draft and share reports with relevant teams, highlighting key operational parameters
- Assist in maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders as needed
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and cross-team projects
