Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and logistics activities.

- Coordinate order processing, dispatches, deliveries, and shipments.

- Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, vendors, and customers.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatches, and logistics transactions.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory availability and order fulfilment.

- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, packing lists, and other required documentation.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

- Handle delivery issues, delays, returns, and replacements.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Customer Support

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
