Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations related to corporate meal box delivery, ensuring timely preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders in coordination with home chefs and logistics partners. This full-time, on-site role in Visakhapatnam involves monitoring order flows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service quality standards, including hygiene, accuracy, and punctuality.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate with corporate clients to manage schedules, subscription plans, and special requirements,



while optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. The role also includes tracking operational metrics, supporting inventory and vendor management, and collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements that enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, vendor coordination, and service delivery.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with corporate clients, home chefs, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Experience in food services, logistics, or hospitality operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Vijayawada, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and operational tools; familiarity with order management or CRM systems is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
