We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our B2B travel operations team in Mumbai.

This position involves managing daily bookings and providing operational support, including confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and coordination with suppliers.

Responsibilities

- Process and manage hotel and other travel bookings.
- Manage confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special booking requests.
- Coordinate and follow up with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers.
- Track pending bookings and cases requiring urgent action.
- Check booking details, rates, cancellation conditions, and supplier confirmations.
- Investigate and resolve booking discrepancies and operational problems.
- Assist B2B travel agents and internal teams with booking queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Contracting, Finance, and other departments when required.
- Keep booking records and operational documentation accurate and updated.




- Work with B2B booking platforms, supplier extranets, and API-connected systems.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous Travel & Tourism industry experience is required.
- Experience in reservations, booking management, or travel operations.
- B2B travel experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel reservations and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and supplier portals.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities at the same time.

Freshers without Travel & Tourism experience may not be suitable for this position. Work Location: Mumbai – Onsite
