Job Role: Operations Executive (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships across cities, including printers (flex, vinyl, sticker printing) and pasters/installation teams for transit and outdoor media
- Coordinate campaign installations, ensuring proof-of-execution (photos, geo-tags, route/route-proof) is collected and documented accurately
- Source, onboard, and maintain a reliable network of manpower (pasters, installers, field staff)
across multiple cities pan-India
- Plan and schedule installation timelines in line with campaign go-live dates, coordinating with sales, design, and client servicing teams
- Negotiate rates and terms with printing and installation vendors; track quality, turnaround time, and cost across vendors
- Troubleshoot on-ground execution issues (delays, quality gaps, weather/logistics disruptions) and resolve quickly
- Maintain vendor and manpower databases including contact details, rate cards, city coverage, and performance history
- Monitor and report campaign execution status, installation quality, and vendor performance to management
- Ensure compliance with municipal/local guidelines for outdoor advertising installations where applicable
- Support new city expansion by identifying and onboarding local vendors and manpower resources
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, field operations, or execution roles
- Comfortable working late nights (installations typically post 10 PM)
- Robust execution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on ground
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and operational discipline
Must Have:
- Prior experience in logistics or field operations
- No constraints working at night
- Willingness to travel within the city as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in outdoor advertising, vehicle branding, or media execution
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
