Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role oversees day-to-day facility operations, including workspace readiness, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling to ensure a seamless member experience.

The Operations

Executive will manage front-of-house processes, handle member queries, support onboarding, and maintain operational documentation and reports. The role also involves monitoring occupancy and resource usage, assisting with events and community activities,



and collaborating with leadership to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Robust operations and operations management skills, with experience overseeing daily facility or workspace activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members, partners, and internal teams.
- Solid analytical skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and support operational decision-making.
- Ability to manage vendors, coordinate multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Previous experience in co-working, hospitality, or facility management is beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in business, operations, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
