We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing CRM activities and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update daily activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead data.
- Monitor leads from generation to follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead allocation, follow-ups, pending leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding new leads, campaigns, lead quality, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Track pending and overdue follow-ups and ensure timely action.
- Monitor CRM updates and ensure proper data entry by the concerned teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM/MIS reports.
- Track sales, leads, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Identify gaps or issues in the CRM process and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Follow up with different departments on pending tasks and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of CRM processes and company SOPs.
- Perform other operational and CRM-related tasks assigned by the management.
