Proactive In & Out Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of OOH advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and follow-up skills and be comfortable working with clients, vendors, internal teams, and external authorities. The role will primarily involve coordinating campaign execution across different media assets, ensuring timely completion of requirements, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining accurate execution records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns across assigned media assets and locations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, Creative, vendors, contractors, and other internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are clearly understood and executed correctly.
- Coordinate execution requirements for Pole Kiosks, Bus Queue Shelters, Gantries, State Buses, MSRTC-related media assets, Local Trains, Metros, and other OOH advertising formats.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities, transport bodies, vendors, and service partners for campaign-related requirements and execution.
- Coordinate installation, branding, maintenance, removal, and other campaign-related activities through vendors and execution teams.
- Ensure campaign materials, artwork specifications, quantities, and other requirements are received and communicated to the relevant teams within timelines.
- Monitor campaign execution through regular coordination and follow-ups with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Track campaign progress, pending requirements, approvals, execution timelines, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners regarding schedules, material requirements, quality standards, and deliverables.




- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely and practical resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign assets, vendors, work orders, timelines, execution status, and related operational information.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of operational trackers, campaign status reports, and completion-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed within agreed timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Follow up proactively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure there are no delays in campaign execution.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the concerned manager and support timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Advertising, Media, OOH, Events, or a related industry.
- Prior experience in OOH advertising or media operations will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, requirements, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive organisational and documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive campaign requirements.
- Willingness to coordinate with field teams and vendors as required for campaign execution.
