Role Description The Operations Executive role at FORSTU is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating scholarship programs, monitoring application workflows, and ensuring timely processing and communication with students and scholarship providers.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting technology-enabled processes, preparing operational reports, and helping improve efficiency across the platform.
The Operations
Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, address operational issues, and contribute to the continuous optimization of FORSTU’s services and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in handling day-to-day processes and workflows.
- Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with students, partners, and internal teams professionally.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making for process improvements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Nagpur, managing responsibilities both onsite and remotely.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms; comfort with technology-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in operations, education services, or social impact organizations is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
