Role Description The Operations Engineer role is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of HPIPL’s parking systems and related infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams to implement fixes and improvements.

The role involves collaborating with customer service teams to resolve user-reported problems, documenting incidents,



and maintaining operational procedures and standards.

The Operations

Engineer will also support deployment and configuration activities, contribute to process optimization, and help ensure high availability, safety, and efficiency across installed systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose complex operational issues.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and system integration challenges.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and support clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in an operational or engineering context.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of automation systems, IoT, or industrial control systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
