Role Description This Operations Automation internship role is a hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support process mapping and automation initiatives across procurement, inventory, project execution, and after-sales operations.

Daily tasks may include collecting and analyzing operational data, documenting workflows, identifying repetitive tasks suitable for automation, and assisting in the implementation of tools or templates that streamline work. The role will also involve coordinating with project, design,



and administrative teams to standardize procedures, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports or dashboards that improve visibility into project status and resource utilization. The intern will collaborate closely with senior team members to test, refine, and scale automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in process documentation, workflow mapping, and basic operations management concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in data handling, including Excel or spreadsheet tools, data analysis, and report generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in using digital productivity tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms) and have an interest in automation technologies.
- Candidates should possess skills in clear written and verbal communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to learn new tools quickly would be beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in operations, engineering, business, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Prior exposure to project-based work environments or furniture/interior fit-out sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
