Job Summary -

We are looking for an Operations Analyst Infrastructure Engineering Systems to support the operational delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of global engineering applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM application support, engineering systems, infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and IT service management. The role involves supporting global engineering users, resolving incidents and service requests, monitoring system performance, supporting upgrades and migrations, and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities -

- Provide global operational support for CAD, CAM, PDM, PLM, Engineering Applications, and Infrastructure Engineering Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels.
- Support engineering applications including CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, PTC, SolidWorks, Siemens NX/UG NX, Jama Connect, and CoLab.
- Monitor production environments, identify recurring issues, and contribute to problem management and permanent resolutions.
- Perform environment maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, backups, access management, health checks, and documentation.
- Support platform upgrades, data migration, environment management, and service transition activities.
- Prepare operational reports, issue reports, dashboards, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, Product Owners, Platform Owners, Infrastructure Teams, Service Managers, and external vendors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service stability, efficiency, performance,



and user satisfaction.
- Participate in major incident recovery and provide support outside normal working hours when required.

Required Skills -
- 3–5 years of experience in CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM, Engineering Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in engineering application environments.
- Hands-on/support experience with one or more of:

- CATIA / CATIA V6
- 3DEXPERIENCE / 3DDashboard

- ENOVIA / Engineering Central

- PTC

- SolidWorks
- Siemens NX / UG NX

- Jama Connect

- CoLab
- Knowledge of MQL, VBA, basic scripting, data analysis, and service reporting.
- Experience with server/virtual infrastructure, environment management, backups, upgrades, and data migration.
- Understanding of engineering system integrations and enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze operational data, define KPIs, and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.
- Willingness to work UK shifts and provide support during critical incidents/upgrades when required.

Education - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

ITIL or relevant IT Service Management certification is preferred.
